DMCA Policy

1) How to File a DMCA Notice

Please email your request to [email protected] with the subject line: DMCA Takedown Request.

To help us process your request quickly, include all of the following:

  • Your full name and contact information (email address and, if applicable, phone number)
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (a URL or clear description)
  • The exact URL(s) on AppPip where the allegedly infringing material appears
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable)

2) What Happens Next

After receiving a complete notice, we will review it and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material. We may also contact you for additional information if needed.

3) Counter-Notification

If you believe the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification by emailing [email protected] with the subject line: DMCA Counter Notice. Your counter-notice should include:

  • Your name, address, and contact information
  • The URL of the material that was removed (if available) and a description of what was removed
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., a U.S. federal court jurisdiction) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant
  • Your physical or electronic signature

4) Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may disable or terminate access for repeat infringers.
